All orders placed prior to 12am will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.

WITHIN SPAIN

Peninsula Flat rate of 4,50€ (free for orders over 100€). 
Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Balearic Islands Flat rate of 4,50€ (free for orders over 130€). 
Delivery within 2-3 business days.

EUROPE

International freight will be provided by DHL Express.

Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional customs taxes and fees may be applicable.

The responsibility for these charges, which vary depending on the destination country, lies solely with the customer and must be settled at the respective customs office.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.

- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.

- We gladly accept returns of swimwear, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that all swimwear returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure these criteria are met.

- Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.

- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

- Direct exchanges are only available for Spanish customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).


Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 15 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact St. Agni customer support for any additional guidance on size and fit.

National & International Returns

WITHIN SPAIN

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. We will deduct a flat rate of 5,00€ from your refund and provide a return shipping label. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.


INTERNATIONAL

Submit your return using the Returns Portal. We will provide you with a return address where you must send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly when arranging the shipment. If there are any import duties or customs fees related to the return, these will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges

Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.

2. Prepare your package

Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).

Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using our box/bag in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.

3. Hand over the items to the carrier

The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.

Refunds

Upon receipt, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for Spanish customers. For international customers, please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.

Within Spain

If you would like an alternate size please submit a direct exchange through our returns portal, and your exchange will be subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).

If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style please submit a return for a store credit.

In-store Returns for Online Orders

Our boutique teams are happy to offer a size or colour exchange on the same product in-store, subject to product availability. Our in-store team are unable to offer a credit or exchanges on a different style or styles purchased via Online, in this case you can contact our customer service team for further assistance, or follow the steps in our online returns portal.

Physical Store Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made at our physical Stores can be returned within 15 calendar days from the purchase date in exchange for another item or a voucher that has no expiration date. The client must present the receipt.
