RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving your order, as long as the item has not been used, is in perfect condition, and remains in its original packaging.

You can exchange your order for a different size, color, product, store credit, or a monetary refund.

Exchanges are processed much faster than refunds. As soon as your return for exchange is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship the new item you selected.

For returns requesting a refund, we cannot begin processing until the item has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected. This may take several days after the product is received. Additional delays may occur depending on your bank’s processing times.

Outlet, Flash Sale & Sample Sale Items

Returns or exchanges for Outlet, Flash Sale, or Sample Sale items are not accepted — whether purchased online or in store.

SPAIN & PORTUGAL

You may exchange your order for another product, size, color, or store credit for future purchases.

You may also request a refund to your original payment method. If you request a pickup through our platform, €5.00 per parcel will be deducted to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it has not been used.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

RETURN OPTIONS

  • Return + Refund: The amount of the product(s) will be refunded, minus €5.00 for shipping and handling.
  • Store Credit (valid for 1 year): You will receive the full purchase value — no handling or shipping fees will be deducted.

EUROPEAN UNION & INTERNATIONAL

If your order was placed from a country within the EU or outside Europe, please contact us at eshop@somechic.com.

We will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

For exchanges, the process will always be handled as a return. You’ll need to place a new order for the desired item.

The refund will be issued once the return has been received and its original condition confirmed.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 15 calendar days to request a return or exchange in-store.

Returns are issued as store credit, valid for three months and not usable online. The credit receipt must be presented for redemption. For size or color exchanges, the original purchase price will be maintained. Returns and/or exchanges must be made at the same store where the purchase was made.

The online returns portal only applies to online orders — in-store purchases cannot be processed through this system.
