Si compró fuera de Australia, puede utilizar nuestro Seguimiento de pedidos internacionales para rastrear su pedido a través de DHL.
Información de envío
Todos los pedidos realizados antes de las 00:00 se enviarán el mismo día (excepto sábados, domingos y festivos). Tenga en cuenta que pueden producirse ligeros retrasos en los envíos durante las temporadas de mayor actividad promocional.
DENTRO DE ESPAÑA
Tarifa plana regular (Correos de España) : $8.00 (gratis para pedidos superiores a $200.00 AUD). Entrega en 3-7 días hábiles.
Envío exprés (StarTrack): Tarifa fija de $20.00 (gratis para pedidos superiores a $400.00 AUD). Entrega en 1-3 días hábiles (entrega al siguiente día hábil en la mayoría de las áreas metropolitanas).
Tenga en cuenta:
Los pedidos Express (StarTrack) tienen autoridad para salir y se dejarán desatendidos en la dirección en el momento de la entrega.
StarTrack no puede realizar entregas a apartados postales, dirija su pedido a una dirección residencial o comercial.
Envío urgente (Australia Post): Tarifa plana de $15.00 (gratis para pedidos superiores a $400.00 AUD). Entrega en 1-5 días hábiles. Nota:
Los pedidos exprés (Australia Post) se redirigirán a su oficina postal local si su dirección no está atendida en el momento de la entrega.
INTERNACIONAL
El envío internacional será proporcionado por DHL Express.
Los gastos de envío internacional se calcularán al finalizar la compra según el país de entrega. Todos los aranceles e impuestos a pagar se mostrarán al finalizar la compra y garantizamos que no habrá cargos adicionales en el momento de la entrega. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
- We gladly accept returns of swimwear, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that all swimwear returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure these criteria are met.
- Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
- Direct exchanges are only available for Spanish customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).
Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 15 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact St. Agni customer support for any additional guidance on size and fit.
National & International Returns
WITHIN SPAIN
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. We will deduct a flat rate of 5,00€ from your refund and provide a return shipping label. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
INTERNATIONAL
Submit your return using the Returns Portal. We will provide you with a return address where you must send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly when arranging the shipment. If there are any import duties or customs fees related to the return, these will be deducted from your refund.

Procedimiento de devolución y cambio
1. Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges
Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.
2. Prepare your package
Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).
Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using our box/bag in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.
3. Hand over the items to the carrier
The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.
Reembolsos
Upon receipt, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
