Returns & Exchanges
Have you received your order but are not sure if you will keep it? Don't worry, at SOMECHIC you have 15 calendar days to exchange or return it.
We only accept items that have not been used and are in their original box.
CHANGES
Do you want to change any product in your order? At SOMECHIC you can exchange any item within a period of 15 calendar days.
If you want to exchange your items, you have two options:
1. Change in physical store:
- For another size or color, without the need for additional payment and as long as we have stock in the store.
- For another different article.
Remember to bring the printed invoice, otherwise we will not be able to manage the change.
In case of price difference, you must pay the difference. If the exchange is for a product of a lower value, the difference will be returned in the form of a voucher. No cash or card refunds will be processed.
2. Change at home:
To make a size and/or model change, please access our Returns Center .
Your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours. You will receive instructions for all the steps to follow by email.
If you request the exchange with home collection, we will ask you to make a transfer in the amount of €5 for transport costs.
RETURNS
- Don't you like your purchase? No problem! At SOMECHIC you can return any order up to 15 calendar days after receiving it. If you wish to return your items, you have two options: 1. Return in a physical store: Take your order and your purchase invoice in electronic or paper format to any SOMECHIC store and You will be exchanged for a purchase voucher without expiration that you can only use in our physical stores. Under no circumstances will money be paid in cash or card. 2. Home return: To make a return, please access our Returns Center .
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For returns from outside Spain , you will have to contact us via email and we will tell you how to proceed.
Purchases made in store cannot be returned online. Check the conditions on the purchase receipt. Model and/or size changes in store will be governed by the conditions indicated on the ticket (after a change in store, it cannot be returned or exchanged online).
Returns on purchases made in store will be made in the form of a voucher, with no expiration date and not suitable for online stores. To redeem the voucher it will be necessary to deliver the original voucher to the store. No refunds will be made.
