WHERE I CAN GET MY ORDER?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work...) or at a collection point.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected:
- Home delivery (Spain and Portugal): In 24-48 business hours.
- International Shipping (Europe): In 3-4 business days.
- Pickup in store: 24-48 business hours.
In periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales...) there may be delays in shipments.
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SHIPPING?
- Free shipping costs for purchases over €89 in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
- Home delivery (Spain and Portugal): €3.95 (Except Balearic Islands: €11.00)
- International Shipping (Europe): €11
- Pickup in store: FREE
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse) and another from the courier with a tracking number so you can track it. If any incident occurs, they will contact you.
WHAT IS THE STORE DELIVERY PROCESS?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you an email when the order is in store confirming that you can now pick it up.
CAN ANOTHER PERSON PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
Yes, the person who picks it up must indicate the order number and whose name it is in and present an authorization and/or the buyer's identification document (or a photo of the buyer). Finally, you will have to identify yourself and sign for the delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice or contact you. You can also call the shipping company directly and provide the shipping tracking number to arrange a new delivery date. Normally two attempts are made by default in the following days. If you are absent again, the package will be returned to our warehouses. If you want us to resend your order, the costs will be at your expense.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International customers may be required to pay taxes, duties and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order cost or shipping charges. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest that you contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable customs taxes and duties that are relevant to you. Somechic is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges requested during the shipping of your order.
